My radiance boosting skin routine

It’s very important to set an intention for everything you do. In yoga, my intention is usually to go into a meditative state, at work my intention is to enjoy what I do. And in skincare I go for products that will smoothen my skin and add glow. My skincare routine changes fairly often because I’m always trying out the newest serum, balm or oil that really works. Even as I write this I’m testing new products, but I found this ritual to be really effective in ironing out fine lines, reducing the appearance of pores and boosting radiance.

DAY:
Kama Ayurveda Mridul
This gentle grainy ubtan is what I use in the shower to gently cleanse and exfoliate my skin. It’s completely soap-free and non-drying.

Obagi Professional C Serum 20%
Vitamin C is always the first thing that goes on my face. This serum boosts glow and prevents pigmentation.

Chanel Hydra Beauty Micro Serum
I apply this five minutes after my vitamin C serum. This hydrates my skin very nicely without making it oily or tacky.

Badger Damascus Rose Sunscreen SPF 25
This zinc-based sunscreen can be a little drying and whitish but it (almost) sinks in. It also contains no harmful chemicals, and also has zinc which is soothing for reactive skin. It’s great for everyday use, especially because I work from home.

NIGHT:
Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Cleansing Oil
I want to be super gentle with my skin at night so I wash my face with an oil cleanser. This is very easy to use and leaves my skin feeling moist.

NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Serum 1%
I LOVE this serum. It has a high percentage of copper peptides and they have literally tightened my pores and (maybe I’m imagining it) lifted my skin. I will keep using this forever.

Zelens Power D
I apply this 5 minutes after NIOD. This is like an oil, but it never causes breakouts, in fact, it soothes and calms redness wonderfully. I use 4-5 drops everyday.

Decléor Aromessence Neroli Hydrating Night Balm
This is again one of those products that feels oily but is actually good for oily skin. I pat it on all over under my eyes neck etc, and wake up to smooth, soft skin.

Bobbi Brown Extra Rich Eye Cream
I apply all of the serums above under my eyes. And this is the creamiest under-eye cream to seal all those serums in.

Manukavantage Manuka Oil
To smear on breakouts and shrink them overnight. I use this before anything, but only on spots where I feel like a spot may be coming.
