This is to keep my endometriosis under control. Pain is a symptom of inflammation so I’m trying to bring it down. ——————————— This is a typical breakfast. Mixed berries, half an avocado, turmeric hummus, soaked almond, and a one egg mixed-herb omelette with microgreens. I’m in Germany these days so eating what is local here. If I was in India I would be eating Indian berries like jamun and phalsa and the avocado would be replaced with mung bean sprouts. —————————— I’m also taking 3gm of good quality omega 3 and 1000iu of vitamin D everyday. —————————— Check out my stories for other grain-sugar-and-dairy free meal inspirations. I swear, nobody does makeup like the French. You can buy all your Hudas and blah blah palettes but nothing beats a Guerlain, Dior, Chanel, or Cle de Peau. In this look I first brushed @chanel.beauty Vitalumiere Compact Doucer all over my face. Then I dabbed @guerlain Multi Perfecting Concealer under the eyes sides of the nose and on slight blemishes. Dusted the temples, jawline and cheekbones with @guerlain Terracotta Bronzer. And finally @diormakeup Lip Glow in 010 Holo Pink. I love that French makeup looks so natural and yet beautifully finished.
