How to do Japa

Find a moment of peace in a busy day. Japa meditation is extremely calming and beneficial. I'm no guru and so will not give you a mantra. But use this lovely technique to make positive affirmations to relax and energise yourself. 

You need a japa mala to do this. You can count the beads of the mala on your heart's centre and make a cup with your other palm just above your navel so the mala doesn't go below the solar plexus. If this is uncomfortable then just do it in any way you feel comfortable. Practice it for 40 days continuously when you first begin. Rest all the instructions are in the video.
