Coconut oil is NOT poison
I'm sick and tired of research that compares coconut oil to foods such as beef fat. Recently, a Harvard professor called coconut oil 'pure poison'. While I have nothing but respect for academics, in this case I feel that the misuse of this oil (which is now considered a 'superfood') could perhaps be one of the reasons behind these claims.
